Executive Chairman
Dr Akeem Olayinka-Martins is the Executive Chairman of Bolade, Olaiya & Adenike Limited. A notable realtor and senior executive with over 30 years of experience in real estate consultancy services, project management, and corporate governance. He provides strategic direction for the firm, steering business growth and delivery of large-scale services across residential, industrial, commercial, and agricultural real estate developments.
Dr Olayinka-Martins combines hands-on operational expertise as a realtor and developer with a rich background and deep capabilities in asset and facility management, including procurement and contract oversight, compensation appraisals, mergers and acquisition administration, with a track record in retail marketing and leading multinational teams across border initiatives.
Dr. Olayinka-Martins began his career as an estate officer with P.K OJO & Co (Estate Surveyors & Valuers) in 1993, after completing the one-year mandatory NYSC program. He advanced through the ranks and, in 1996, became the company's pioneer branch manager in Ibadan. In 2008, he established Ownership Realty Ltd, a real estate development firm, where he served as pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer until 2023, when he was appointed Vice Chairman.
He also held senior roles at other organizations. He is the managing director of Giantt Briefs Ltd and a non-executive director at Base 4 Investments & Construction Ltd. His academic credentials include a D.Sc. in Business Management & Corporate Governance from the European American University, obtained in 2021.
He enrolled in a Master's degree in Legal Studies (MLS) at Lagos State University in 2012, having obtained a Higher National Diploma in Building Technology from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, in 1992.
A committed leader and pathfinder, Dr. Olayinka-Martins serves on the boards of some civic and social organizations, holds leadership positions, and has been recognized and received awards for his contributions in these areas.
Married to Deaconess Funmilayo Olayinka-Martins and a father of five, he is a results-oriented and target-driven leader focused on excellence, sustainable development, and long-term value for clienteles and stakeholders.
Executive Vice Chairman
Pastor (Dr.) Adeshina Oladipupo Oluwaji is the Executive Vice Chairman of Bolade, Olaiya & Adenike Limited and the chief promoter and Managing Director of Base 4 Investments Construction Services Limited. A chartered builder with over 30 years' involvement in the built-environment sector, Dr. Oluwaji combines technical expertise, project-management acumen, and strategic leadership to drive high-quality project delivery and sustainable business growth.
His academic credentials include a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Ibadan and a Higher National Diploma in Building Technology from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti (HND, 1992). Early in his career, he gained seven years of post-NYSC engineering experience (1993–2000) with NOVACOKE BUILDERS, a Nigerian–Italian civil engineering firm, where he honed his skills in multidisciplinary project execution and cross-cultural collaboration.
Throughout his professional life, Dr. Oluwaji has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to excellence, ethical practice, and client-focused delivery. He leverages deep technical knowledge and proven leadership to oversee complex construction initiatives, implement rigorous project controls, and cultivate high-performing teams.
An ordained clergy member in the Church of the Apostolic (CAC) Nigeria, Pastor Oluwaji balances professional responsibilities with a strong commitment to faith and family. He is married to Evangelist Oluwakemi and proudly has four biological children and four adopted children.
His combination of professional competence, values-driven leadership, and community-mindedness positions him as a respected leader in Nigeria's construction and project-management sectors.
Managing Director / CEO
Engr. Olaniyi (Niyi) Folayan is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bolade, Olaiya & Adenike Limited. Appointed in November 2024, he is a seasoned engineering executive with more than three decades of progressive experience in structural design, steel construction, project delivery, and technical operations.
Engr. Folayan is recognized for delivering complex engineering solutions, optimizing multidisciplinary teams, and driving operational excellence across consulting, fabrication, and construction environments.
His technical foundation began with training as a Land Surveyor Technician and a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti. He holds a Higher National Diploma from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro and a Postgraduate Diploma in Civil Engineering from Osogbo.
Engr. Folayan advanced from hands-on design engineering roles into senior technical and management positions, including Technical Manager at Nivafer Steel Construction, Engineering Manager at Lambert International, Project Manager at Hurlag Technologies, and General Manager (Technical) at Bohlar Integrated Services Limited.
This blend of practical design experience and executive leadership enables him to manage multidisciplinary projects from concept through commissioning while maintaining strict attention to safety, quality, and cost control.
A respected leader in the Nigerian engineering community, Engr. Folayan is a Fellow of The Nigerian Society of Engineers and of the Nigerian Institutions of Civil, Environmental, and Highways & Transportation Engineering, and an Eminent Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, Manpower & Management Development.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Engr. Folayan is deeply engaged in community and faith leadership. He is the pioneer chairman of the Pure Love Mega City Community Development Association (Olorunda, Ogun State), Patron of the Oke–Ore Ajumosere Area community development committees, Life Patron of the Garden of Mercy and Joy, Grand Patron of the Pillar of Truth & Mercy Church, and founder of the Garden of Mercy & Joy Bible College.
Married to Prophetess (Pastor) Mary Folayan, he is blessed with four children.
